Working Principle

The large field-of-view optical measurement system supports stitching flash measurement and realizes batch measurement of large-size and multiple workpieces. It can be perfectly integrated from workshops and laboratories to being part of an automated work cell. The robust structure and open working enclosure make measurement easy to implement in almost any manufacturing environment, and the detection efficiency is 3-10 times higher than that of traditional inspection instruments. The equipment consists of a high-precision moving platform, a large field-of-view telecentric optical system, contour and surface light sources, a 10+ million pixel high-definition digital camera, measurement software with various geometric operations, and a dedicated computer. It features high intelligence and automation, solving many problems faced by traditional measuring instruments such as projectors, video measuring machines, tool microscopes, profilometers, vernier calipers, micrometers, etc., during measurement, such as time-consuming positioning of measurement objects and origin setting, long operation time for batch measurement, inconsistent measurement results caused by different operators, and complicated data statistics and management. It is a high-efficiency precision measurement system specially designed for high-volume small parts with fine features in production workshops. It can be equipped with a 3D sensor to realize rapid measurement of height, flatness, etc. (optional).

Software Measurement Functions

1. Measurement Functions
1) Contour measurement tools: one-key scanning to extract edge points for points, lines, circles, arcs, multi-segment edge extraction, circular edge extraction, ellipse extraction, box selection for contour extraction, focus points, nearest points, etc.;
2) Geometry measurement: center, angle, distance, line width, hole position, hole diameter, hole count, hole-to-hole distance, hole-to-edge distance, arc center-to-hole distance, arc center-to-edge distance, arc peak-to-arc peak distance, intersection-to-intersection distance, etc.;
3) Feature construction: software provides points, lines, circles, arcs, planes, poles and other elements for auxiliary measurement such as intersection, center point, extreme point, end point, line between two points, parallel line, perpendicular line, tangent line, bisector, center line, segment fusion, circle by radius, inscribed circle of three lines, inscribed circle of two lines with radius, etc.;
4) Geometric tolerances: evaluation of straightness, roundness, profile, position, parallelism, symmetry, perpendicularity, concentricity, etc.;
5) Intelligent coordinate system: coordinate system establishment, coordinate system recall, multi-coordinate system establishment for workpiece, custom coordinate system, coordinate system translation, coordinate system rotation, manual adjustment of coordinate system, etc.;

Training & Acceptance

1. Training
1) Trainees shall have basic metrology knowledge and computer operation skills.
2) The supplier shall provide on-site basic training for user operators on system theory, practical operation and routine maintenance. On-site assessment shall be conducted after training; only qualified personnel can operate the equipment.
3) Duration: 1~2 working days.
4) Number of participants: ≤3 persons.
2. Acceptance
1) After on-site unpacking, check the equipment model, specification and quantity of accessories; confirm appearance for scratches or paint loss; check all parts for damage or abnormality.
2) Calibrate the equipment with the company's special glass standard to confirm that the instrument meets the requirements of the technical agreement.
3) Acceptance standards shall be subject to current national (or industry) standards and this technical agreement.
4) After passing acceptance, the supplier and buyer sign the Product Acceptance Report.

After-sales Service

1. The company promises a 12-month warranty period for products provided to customers, starting from the date of delivery.
2. The supplier will respond within 3 hours after receiving fault information, including remote guidance to troubleshoot via telephone, chat software, fax, email, etc. If the fault still cannot be resolved, the supplier will provide on-site after-sales service within 72 hours.
3. To provide timely and high-quality service, users shall provide detailed fault information in a timely manner when equipment malfunctions.
4. During the warranty period, "Three Guarantees" are implemented. If product quality problems occur during normal use, the customer has the right to request free repair and replacement from the supplier, except for consumable parts (stage glass). Free software upgrade is provided when required. Damage caused by human factors, non-product quality issues, natural disasters and other force majeure is not covered by warranty. Yuanxing Guiguzi Instruments shall provide timely after-sales service, but the customer shall bear the travel expenses and material repair costs of the supplier's personnel.
5. The equipment is a precision measuring instrument with strict requirements for use environment and installation. To ensure normal operation, the customer shall not move, disassemble or modify the equipment without the supplier's permission during the warranty period. All adverse consequences caused by the above actions shall be borne by the customer.
6. After the warranty period, the company provides long-term preferential paid services and technical support.
