Product Introduction
Principle: Light passes through the holes on the tested PCB board and is projected onto the scanning head. The scanning head transmits the received light transmittance, hole contour graphics, and hole quantity signals to the conversion card and image processing card. After calculating the received signals, the program compares them with the standard hole diameter, hole contour, hole quantity and other information. Holes that exceed the set values are judged as NG, marked on the screen, and OK/NG signals are sent to the board receiver for classification. This is equipment that inspects hole quality issues after PCB drilling, after electroplating, and before finished product delivery, and automatically makes OK/NG judgments based on detection results. It can be equipped with a classified drilling or finished product board receiver for OK/NG classification.
