The YVM-871XKCNC series Automatic Line Width and Spacing Tester adopts a Grade 00 marble main machine base, high-precision vacuum adsorption system, linear precision positioning control system and line width optical system to realize the measurement of upper and lower line width dimensions of PCB, FPC and IC carrier boards.
