Product Introduction
The upright metallurgical microscope is used for microscopic observation of opaque or transparent objects. It can be equipped with epi-illumination, transmission illumination, or simultaneous/independent epi-illumination and transmission illumination systems. It is suitable for image observation and measurement of via copper, surface copper, and solder mask on sections of PCB, FPC, semiconductor wafers, etc.
