The system monitors test data in real time in the form of curves and tables, with automatic storage and management of test data. Customers can export data as Excel spreadsheets as needed to analyze the tested samples. It is used to evaluate the performance degradation characteristics of insulating materials such as printed circuit boards, solder mask inks, insulating varnishes, adhesives, micro-pitch patterns of encapsulation resins, and IC packaging materials.
