Working Principle

The single-column tensile testing machine is a new type of material force testing machine combining electronic motion control and mechanical transmission, with high precision and sensitivity in the measurement and control of load, deformation and displacement. It adopts a single-space structure with the test space in the lower space, and is suitable for testing PCB, FPC, connectors, metal materials, adhesive tapes, wires and cables, springs, PU, aluminum-plastic pipes, composite materials and waterproof materials with a test load below 2kN. It has stress, strain and displacement control modes, and can calculate parameters such as maximum force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, elongation at break and yield strength.

1. The main controller adopts the most advanced 32-bit ARM processor of the 21st century, with a processing speed reaching the level of Pentium-class general-purpose computers. Compared with the traditional 8-bit single-chip microcomputer measurement and control system, the overall performance is greatly improved, with faster computing speed and higher control precision. The core data acquisition device adopts the latest ultra-high precision 24-bit AD from the United States, with a sampling rate of up to 2000 times/second, which can capture the instantaneous change process of force, and the full-range undivided resolution is up to 500,000 divisions. The original 6-point calibration technology is adopted to further improve the accuracy, and the force measurement accuracy is better than the national 0.5 level (highest level) standard. The displacement encoder counting adopts 4-fold frequency technology, which increases the displacement resolution by 4 times, up to 0.0005mm. Two output control modes (pulse and voltage) are available, which can control any servo motor or DC motor with pulse or voltage control interface to achieve smooth stepless speed regulation. In addition, there are switch signal outputs such as up, down and stop, which can be used to directly drive external relays or solenoid valves, and can be used to control DC motors or power devices such as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
