Product Introduction

It is mainly used as equipment for testing the performance of materials under various environments and testing the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance of various materials. Applicable standards: GB/T5170.5-2008, GB/T10586-2006, GB/T2423.1-2008 Test A, GB/T2423.2-2008 Test B, GB/T2423.3-2006 Test, GB/T2423.4-2008 Test. It adopts a Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control System (BTHC). The sensing system transmits the actual data in the test chamber to the controller, and the controller controls the SSR with multi-stage intelligent output to balance the output power of the temperature and humidity system, ensuring full stability of temperature and humidity in the test chamber. It also has an energy-saving function to minimize the power consumption of the instrument and ensure long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument. It is suitable for testing in electronics, electrical appliances, communications, instruments, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, medical care, aerospace and other fields.

Product Advantages

1. The controller adopts a large color LCD human-machine touch dialogue type LCD human-machine interface controller, which is simple to operate, easy to learn, stable and reliable. It displays the complete system operation status, execution and setting program curves in Chinese and English. It can realize RS232 computer interface docking and directly control the instrument remotely through a computer.
2. The refrigeration cycle system adopts a Sanyo compressor (joint venture with Japan), and all components are imported parts from Japan, France, the United States, Italy and other countries. The refrigerant adopts American environmentally friendly refrigerants (R23A, R404A).
3. One test hole with a reserved diameter of 50mm is provided on the left side of the test chamber.
4. It is equipped with a fully automatic and high-precision system loop. Any mechanical action is processed with PLC locking, and all adopt PID automatic calculation control, with high precision and high stability of temperature in the whole area.
5. Specially designed air circulation system and sensing system. The air outlet is detected and controlled by the return air sensor to ensure the temperature uniformity in the test chamber and avoid any dead angles.
6. Adopts an enlarged observation window with 4 layers of hollow tempered glass for a wider field of view.
7. The instrument is equipped with a comprehensive protection system, including power overload protection, leakage protection, control loop overload, short circuit protection, compressor protection, grounding protection, over-temperature protection, alarm sound prompt, etc. When any abnormal condition occurs, the fault point and cause will be automatically displayed on the screen immediately and the machine will stop automatically.
8. The inner material of the chamber is SUS#304 mirror stainless steel plate, and the outer box material is mirror stainless steel plate.
9. Customized production of various sizes and volumes is available.
