This machine is an intelligent automatic grinding and polishing machine. It is a new generation of high-precision grinding and polishing equipment for sample preparation pretreatment, manufactured in accordance with international standards and introducing international advanced technology.

The control system adopts an industrial PLC intelligent control system with a 10-inch HD touch screen. The system runs with an intelligent fully automatic program and supports switching among three operation modes: manual mode, intelligent mode and semi-intelligent mode.

Beautiful and elegant appearance design. The casing adopts SUS304 stainless steel brushed and electroplated technology. It is equipped with extra-large diameter dual grinding and polishing discs (φ250 mm / 10 inches), dual working stations and dual control system. φ230 mm and φ300 mm discs are also available for customization. Multi-disc, multi-station and multi-motor control can be optionally configured, allowing multiple operators to work simultaneously. The machine is suitable for coarse grinding, fine grinding, precision grinding, coarse polishing, fine polishing and precision polishing in metallographic sample preparation. This gives the machine wider applicability.

Grinding and Polishing Head Power: The rotation of the grinding and polishing head is driven by a stepping motor to achieve precise left-right positioning. Automatic rotation and switching from the left disc to the right disc can be controlled by program.

Grinding and Polishing Disc Power: The grinding and polishing disc is driven by a high-power 1000W servo motor, supporting stepless speed regulation from 50 to 1500 rpm, with stable operation and low noise. The machine allows the grinding and polishing head to automatically switch between the left and right discs. It is equipped with 6 shortcut keys for quick speed setting at 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500 rpm, which greatly improves operating efficiency.

Dripping Device: The machine is equipped with an external dual-station dripping device, and multi-station configuration is optional. The usage amount of abrasive can be controlled by customizing the dripping time and pause time, which greatly reduces the operating cost and improves the sample preparation effect.

Cooling System: Equipped with a built-in cooling system, which cools the sample during grinding to prevent the metallographic structure from being damaged due to overheating. An online sewage filtration system is optional. During sample preparation, the contaminants washed by cooling water are filtered into the water tank through filter paper, and then directly discharged into the sewer pipe from the water tank, keeping the working environment clean and free of dust and contaminants in the air. The sewage discharge meets environmental protection requirements.

All operations of this machine are automatically controlled by programs.The operating parameters can be freely input by the operator according to actual conditions, and up to 100 grinding and polishing programs can be customized.Except for manual sample loading and clamping, all other operations are performed automatically by the machine, which greatly improves work efficiency and stability.
